The Rules of Heraldry are being re-written.
At this time, the only reserved charges are:
Silver Dragon - Reserved strictly for his Majesty.
Gold - Only His Majesty may have gold in his Heraldry, save Knights who may have
a Gold Chevron to symbolize a Knight's Golden Belt.
